Please join us for Junior Fitness at 49er Fitness. Ages 8-12 are welcome. This workout can be in addition to any sport or on its own. The purpose of this class is to get our kids moving through fun fitness based activities. We will focus on cardio, strength, coordination, agility and balance in a fun and safe environment. Let's get our hearts pumping and have some fun!
Session 1 starts Tuesday 8/29 for eight weeks.
Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m.
