Class Descriptions:
BodyPump – A barbell-based strength class focusing on endurance, using light weights and high repetitions.
Conditioning For Life – A class for older adults, which incorporates cardio, strength, and flexibility for health and longevity.
Aqua Fit – A low-impact water-based class incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Aqua Zumba – Latin-inspired low impact, aquatic cardio dance.
Zumba – Latin-inspired cardio dance.
Pilates – A mat-based class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, and proper breathing techniques.
Barre – A ballet-inspired fusion class incorporating yoga, pilates, and classic endurance strength.
Yoga – A classic mind/body class focusing on breathwork, posture, and stability.
Bands & Booty – Cardio and strength-based class with focus on posterior chain and core conditioning.
Stretch – Recovery class focusing on different methods for lengthening and hydrating soft tissue.
Stretch & Balance – Recovery class combining tissue recovery methods as well as balance drills.
Country Line Dance – Western-inspired dance consisting of simple, fun footwork.
