The 6-Round Breakdown
Chris keeps things moving with a structured, easy-to-follow circuit:
- 3 Rounds of Bagwork: Let it all out! Chris will guide you through simple punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bag.
- 2 Rounds of Functional Exercise: Total-body movements designed to build strength and stamina at your own pace.
- 1 Round of Guided Stretching: We finish by lowering the heart rate and lengthening the muscles, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and recovered.
