Come celebrate our Bayou celebration with a special one-day-only lunch and dinner special, along side our regular menu! From 11AM to 7:30PM, enjoy the bold, authentic flavors of New Orleans right here in Tucson.

• Classic Cajun Hushpuppies | $8

  • A basket of golden cornmeal fritters folded with sweet yellow onion and a hint of Creole spice.

  • Fried until perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, served with our house-made zesty remoulade.

• Chicken & Andouille Gumbo | $14

  • The soul of the South.

  • This features a deep, dark chocolate roux base simmered for hours with the “Holy Trinity” of crisp celery, bell peppers, and onions.

  • Loaded with pulled roasted chicken and seared andouille sausage, seasoned with traditional Cajun spices and fresh thyme, and served over steamed white rice with fresh green onions.

• Shrimp Étouffée | $16

  • A refined Creole classic of tender shrimp smothered in a rich, buttery roux.

  • Simmered with house-made shrimp stock, the “Holy Trinity” of vegetables, and vine-ripened tomatoes.

  • Brightened with fresh lemon, parsley, and a dash of hot sauce, served over steamed white rice with a side of house-made bread.
