Vendor Fees

  • Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $40.00 is required to reserve a vendor space.
  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be received by February 21. 2026 to guarantee your spot.

Equipment & Setup

  • Booth Space: Vendors are assigned a designated outdoor space.
  • Supplies: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and tents. All tents must be properly weighted for safety.
  • Power & Connectivity:
    • WiFi: Complimentary on-site WiFi is available.
    • Electricity: Power is available upon request. Vendors requiring electricity are strictly responsible for providing their own heavy-duty, outdoor-rated extension cords (minimum 50ft recommended).

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Cleanliness: Vendors must maintain a clean booth area and remove all trash/debris at the conclusion of the event.
  • Conduct: Vendors are expected to behave professionally toward guests, staff, and fellow vendors.
  • Liability: Forty Niner Country Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or equipment. Vendors participate at their own risk.

Compliance & Licensing

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax as required by the City of Tucson and the State of Arizona.
  • Food vendors must possess and display all necessary health department permits.
