Alyse Hergenrother

Director of Fitness
Alyse began her journey in the fitness industry by teaching group fitness. Her hobby quickly became her full-time passion as she witnessed the power exercise has in transforming lives. Through her many years of continuing education and experience working with diverse populations, Alyse trains clients from youth to older adults. She believes exercise helps people become the best versions of themselves and allows them to continue doing the things they love in life. Brandon Hudson is a dedicated fitness professional with 4+ years of experience in helping individuals stay active, pain-free, and confident at every age. He holds certifications in personal training, exercise therapy, and assisted stretching, enabling him to create customized fitness plans that address individual needs and goals. Brandon specializes in improving strength, mobility, and balance, making him an ideal choice for athletes of all levels, including golfers. By enhancing their mobility, reducing pain, and increasing their strength, Brandon helps athletes perform at their peak.
