Join us at Forty Niner for Sonoran Restaurant Week, running September 4–13 from 4:00 PM to close. For just $35 per person, guests can indulge in an exclusive three-course prix fixe dinner highlighting rich regional flavors and fresh desert ingredients.

Start your meal with a choice between the Roasted Corn & Green Chili Chowder—featuring fire-roasted hatch green chiles, smoked bacon lardons, cilantro-lime crema, and crispy tortilla strips—or the refreshing Desert Garden Salad, tossed with jicama ribbons, segmented grapefruit, toasted pepitas, cotija cheese, and an agave-lime vinaigrette. For the main entrée, choose from three crafted options: the Braised Short Rib “Poc Chuc” infused with citrus, garlic, and achiote served over creamy roasted garlic and green chile polenta; the Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi atop warm calabacitas with roasted poblano crema; or a plant-based Vegan Stuffed Poblano filled with caramelized butternut squash, black beans, and tricolor quinoa over a roasted tomato-guajillo sauce. Conclude your evening with a decadent Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème, a rich dark chocolate custard spiced with cinnamon and cayenne, served with a crispy tuile cookie.
