From 11AM to 7:30PM\, enjoy the bold\, authentic flavors of New Orleans right here in Tucson. \n\n\nClassic Cajun Hushpuppies | $8 \n\n\nA basket of golden cornmeal fritters folded with sweet yellow onion and a hint of Creole spice. \n\n\nFried until perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside\, served with our house-made zesty remoulade. \n\n\n\n\nChicken & Andouille Gumbo | $14 \n\n\nThe soul of the South. \n\n\nThis features a deep\, dark chocolate roux base simmered for hours with the “Holy Trinity” of crisp celery\, bell peppers\, and onions. \n\n\nLoaded with pulled roasted chicken and seared andouille sausage\, seasoned with traditional Cajun spices and fresh thyme\, and served over steamed white rice with fresh green onions. \n\n\n\n\nShrimp Étouffée | $16 \n\n\nA refined Creole classic of tender shrimp smothered in a rich\, buttery roux. \n\n\nSimmered with house-made shrimp stock\, the “Holy Trinity” of vegetables\, and vine-ripened tomatoes. \n\n\nBrightened with fresh lemon\, parsley\, and a dash of hot sauce\, served over steamed white rice with a side of house-made bread. \n\n\n\n\nNo Mardi Gras celebration is complete without a toast!
