Is your child ready to take their fitness to the next level? Look no further than the Forty Niner Strength & Conditioning program for kids aged 11 – 15.! This exciting program is designed to help young athletes develop a strong foundation in fitness, improve athletic performance, and have a blast doing it!
What to expect:
- Fun and engaging workouts: Our certified Fitness Director, Alyse Hergenrother, will lead dynamic classes that combine bodyweight exercises, light weights, agility drills, and games to keep kids motivated and engaged.
- Focus on proper form: Safety is our priority! Alyse will emphasize proper form and technique to prevent injuries and build a strong foundation.
- Improved strength and endurance: The program will help kids build muscle strength, increase stamina, and boost overall fitness levels.
- Enhanced coordination and agility: Through fun drills and exercises, kids will improve their coordination, balance, and agility, benefiting them in all sports and activities.
- Confidence building: As they see their strength and skills improve, kids will gain confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
