Rincon Mountain Grill at Forty Niner offers a diverse menu, seamlessly blending everyday golf course fare with sophisticated fine dining experiences. Inspired by the vibrant culinary scene of Tucson, Arizona, the menu showcases the creative genius of Chef Brian Smith.

A graduate of Pima Community College, Chef Brian has more than 16 years of fine dining experience, cooking under renowned Michelin Star Chef Daniel Patterson in San Francisco, then under James Beard Award winning Executive Chef Sean Brock in South Carolina. Most recently, Chef Brian served as the Executive Chef for Maynards Market and Kitchen as well as Hotel Congress.
From juicy burgers and hearty sandwiches to refreshing salads and light bites to Entree's that feature locally sourced ingredients, bold flavors, and artistic presentations, offering a truly unique dining experience.
